Over time, we carry what was never meant to stay: unmet expectations, hurts, abandonment, grief. These fragments accumulate quietly until the weight feels unbearable.
While the mind may forget, the body remembers. Unprocessed emotions show up as tension, fatigue or even illness.
The Soft Release is not about dramatic cord-cutting or religious forgiveness. It’s a softer return to your breath and rhythm, a gentle invitation to lay down what no longer serves.
Think of it as an exhale point: a place to set aside burdens of guilt, inherited contracts and subtle self-abandonments.
“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” [Paulo Coelho]
If your body has been whispering for relief, this is the space to listen.
There comes a point when the body can no longer carry the weight of unspoken pain. For me, this point arrived quietly through grief without a timestamp, relationships that lingered long after they ended and fatigue that words couldn’t explain.
Over the years, I learned to listen to what clings: the parts of me that stayed loyal to pain out of habit or love, the stories I kept repeating because they were familiar, and the weight I carried thinking it was mine to bear.
Through this, I discovered forgiveness isn’t a single, grand moment of release. It is a soft return to truth, breath and presence.
The Soft Release is the workshop I once needed: not a place to fix or explain, but a space to let your body lead, to witness what arises, and to allow what wants to go… to go.
From my own lived journey, I created this space as a gentle container for yours.
Forcing forgiveness has no place here. It’s about giving your body the space to let go of what it’s been holding onto for far too long.
Here, letting go is a homecoming to your inner voice, your truth and the quiet knowing within.
Forgiveness and letting go as a cellular exhale, not as concepts
Sacred witnessing and reflection in community
Breath journeys to support emotional coherence and nervous system relief
Untangling from inherited stories and roles
Space to gently integrate without performance or pressure
In this space, we gather in honest connection. Not to fix, perform or offer advice, but to be present with ourselves in the safety of softening.
This gentle forgiveness workshop may be right for you if you’ve been:
⚫ Carrying a weight with no name or end
⚫ Outgrowing old versions of yourself but unable to let them go
⚫ Feeling entangled in someone else’s pain, guilt or expectation
⚫ Growing tired of holding what was never yours to keep
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to your true rhythm.
✅ A sense of wholeness beyond the stories that kept you stuck
✅ Emotional clarity where there was fog
✅ A softer body where there was tension
You don’t have to know what is ready to be released. Your heart and body already remember.
Here, we trust that remembering.
The space we create together is judgment-free and open-hearted to share, reflect or simply be present.
Together, we’ll move through:
Anchoring meditation and energetic arrival
Guided inner reflection to meet what clings beneath the surface
Breathwork and resonance attunement to soften the body’s tension
Journaling and art prompts to move stuck energy into flow
Forgiveness and return-to-self ritual and meditation
Closing integration to ground what has shifted
Each step is an invitation and your body sets the pace.
Space is intentionally limited for resonance and depth.
When your body whispers yes, trust it.
Bring a friend and pay R480 each.
If you’re feeling the whisper to attend and know someone else who may be holding what is ready to be released, this shared option invites both of you to step in together.
Release often comes easier when shared.
Note: This offer is held in the spirit of mutual presence. If your attending friend cannot make it, the full single ticket price of R675 will be payable on the day.
If something begins to stir in you… a quiet call to release, soften and come back to yourself. This gentle forgiveness workshop is your invitation.
True forgiveness is not forgetting.
It is remembering yourself beyond what was done, said or expected.
This is your return.
