A business consultant, emotional strategist and intuitive coach with over 27 years of experience navigating complex organisational systems, change processes and people dynamics.
My background includes two decades in corporate environments, primarily in the financial services sector, where I worked across roles in business analysis, process optimisation, innovation and change facilitation. I worked on high-impact projects and helped shape customer-centric, resilient systems across large organisations.
Even while succeeding on paper, I felt a growing dissonance between the systems I supported and the truth I carried inside. I was checking every external box, except the one that mattered most: integrity with myself.
The turning point came not from burnout, but from awakening. A quiet yet undeniable realisation that real transformation isn’t only operational… it’s emotional, energetic and systemic.
That’s when I began the work of realignment.
Today, I bridge corporate clarity with intuitive intelligence: helping leaders, teams and entrepreneurs move with both purpose and precision. My work is structured and strategic, but also deeply human, emotionally attuned and rooted in lived experience.
