Registration, Cancellation and Refund Terms and Conditions
Registration:
- Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment of R3,500.00 or a deposit of R1,750.00.
- Remaining balances must be paid no later than 15 November 2025.
- All payments are to be made via the personalised Yoco payment link you will receive in your registration confirmation email.
Payment Plan:
- Payment plans are available:
- To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of R1,750.00 is required. The balance of R1,750 is due by 15 November 2025.
Changes to Registration:
- Requests for changes (e.g., upgrading packages or switching accommodation preferences) must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the event. These are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Cancellation by the Participant:
- Up to 30 days before the event: Full refund minus a R500 processing/admin fee.
- 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total payment.
- 14 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to the next event date with prior approval from the organisers.
Cancellation by the Organisers:
- If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel expenses.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the refund request is approved.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during registration unless otherwise agreed.
Refund and Change Requests:
- Please connect with the organisers via the channels provided to you in your registration communication pack.
No-Show by Participant:
- No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the event without prior written notice.
Travel and Accommodation:
- Travel arrangements to and from the event venue are the responsibility of the participant.
- Package details and inclusions are outlined at the time of registration. Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the event package.
