Letting go of what doesn’t serve you any longer is THE most empowering thing you can do for yourself. Have the courage to expand your comfort zone.
As an authentic woman, you have within you the wisdom and intuition to always trust that you know what is right for you.
It’s important to step back and assess our personal growth and development over the year as well as define our plans for the new year.
On a daily basis, we encounter our inner critic who is often harsh, judgmental and demeaning. It serves to highlight our perceived faults and shortcomings.
To “sit with your emotions” can be difficult but so necessary to challenge and shift your perspective. Here’s my 5-step process to help you along.
My Dad completed his earthly journey 26 years ago, but left a legacy of life lessons for me. I always remember him and miss his physical presence and infectious laughter. I honour his memory with this post. Here are a few of these lessons.
