How To Tame Your Inner Critic And Beat Self-Doubt: A 4-Step Process
On a daily basis, we encounter our inner critic who is often harsh, judgmental and demeaning. It serves to highlight our perceived faults and shortcomings.
This blog is aimed at challenging and changing our thinking so that we live with purpose AS WE DEFINE IT. To “sit with your emotions” can be difficult but so necessary to challenge and shift your perspective. Here’s my 5-step process to help you along.
My Dad completed his earthly journey 26 years ago, but left a legacy of life lessons for me. I always remember him and miss his physical presence and infectious laughter. I honour his memory with this post. Here are a few of these lessons.
Since the world around us is changing, it’s time to recalibrate and set us up on our path to shed old patterns of thinking and being and embrace the new possibilities on offer. You have a choice – so make it count.
Why search for something that you already have? What is my soul purpose is the 1 question you will never be able to answer, if you keep looking externally. Because you are your soul’s purpose.
Setting boundaries is something that most people have difficulty with. By knowing who you are enables you to know what the limits and extent is of what you will and will not tolerate.
When we think about leaving a legacy, we usually think about estate planning or the grandiose memory of who we were while on earth – that we mattered somehow and that we existed.
Early in my life coaching journey, I am forced to think about my legacy. As a writer, I’m an avid reader of books. All books, but especially the Brontë sisters, Oscar Wilde, Ernest Hemingway, Scott Fitzgerald, and the list goes on.
